Holiday Apartments Burleigh Heads

The name Bujerum was derived from the language spoken by the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which the apartments stand, the Kombumerri Aboriginal people. The word translates to spirit in English - recognising and respecting the culture, traditions and aspirations of the Traditional Owners. The name is also fitting for the building itself. Originally built in the 1930s, it has shown spirited resilience to natural and manmade forces and stands as a grand example of historic Burleigh Beach architecture. Renovated in 2013 by its owners, the building still maintains the original Queenslander character of the area.
